A little history lesson for you all, back in Florence in 1919 Count Camillo Negroni wanted more kick in his standard Americano (Campari and sweet vermouth with soda water) so Bartender Fosco Scarselli replaced the club soda with gin and swapped the traditional lemon garnish for an orange garnish. It wouldn't be fair to not pay tribute to the cocktail that started it all as well so we'll also be serving Americano this week too!

A very good friend of ours is running the Loch Ness Marathon on 27 September 2026 to raise money for Lancashire Mind which in our opinion is a great cause. If anyone would like to donate that would be amazing. The link is here, thanks in advance.
