Thank you so much to everyone for all the love & support on my award win. I truly have the most wonderful customers & I am forever grateful for every single one of you.
I'm super proud to be the only 100% gluten free bakery in Hyndburn, and one of very few dedicated gluten-free establishments in the country.
I set up my bakery age 19, and it has always been just me behind the scenes - cleaning, admin, baking & packing to everything inbetween - however taste testers are never in short supply 😅
I am incredibly passionate about catering for allergies & ensuring no one has to miss out. I know how hard it can be to find treats which are safe to eat but actually taste good, and that is why I put so much time, love & effort into creating bakes which never compromise on flavour or quality. I have food hygiene training alongside allergen training so you can always trust you are in safe hands.
Over the years I have catered for many allergies & dietary requirements, including a little girl who had never eaten cake before due to having over 30 allergies. Moments like that are exactly why I do what I do 🩷
Despite catering for allergies, many of my customers don't have any allergies...they just really love my cake!
