The perks of your Mum having a cake business 🎂 My boys always used to request extravagant cakes that took days to make before I opened the shop, then I only had time to do them basic cakes! Now I’m back at home I’ll have to challenge myself again for their next ones 🥰💙

I’ve been having a little think about what comes next for Lottie’s Bakeaway and there is something that keeps coming up, so thought I would test the waters! Who would be interested in monthly subscription boxes for Brownies, Rocky Road, Cookies, Old School and Cookie Pies?!

EDIT: I was thinking a mixed box of 2x different flavoured brownies, 1x malteser slice/brookie, 1x cookie, 1x cookie pie, and then an old school sprinkle. Things that are easy to transport if I end up doing postal orders!
