I flippin love teaching at The Cake College but, oh my days, it exhausts me! Two classes, fifteen students, about 64,000 roses and many MANY more laughs later and I am ready for my bed!

Here’s a few close-ups of the cake I made for the new venue launch a couple of weeks ago as I am too knackered to find more interesting content.

And don’t forget, if you missed out on seeing me at the cake college this week there are still a couple of places on courses with me at home next week - check out yesterday’s post. The venue is definitely not as swanky but I promise we will laugh just as much!

D’oh - this was what I was supposed to post tonight so you get a double-header, you lucky lot.

There is just one space left on each of these two courses next week….so if anyone has been procrastinating and thinking about joining now’s the time as I’m offering a cheeky 10% off!

The autumn beginner is Tuesday 10-12.30: you get 2.5hrs of me jabbering on and to decorate and take home six cupcakes and keep your tips and colours - £54!

The sunflowers cutting cake beginners is Friday 9.30-1.30(ish): you get to fill and stack a cake, cover in ombré style icing and decorate with sunflowers. Oh and listen to me waxing lyrical for 4 hours this time! All for £85.50.

I’m just about prepared to put my voice on video but it will be a while before you see my face! 😂

First class back today after a building-enforced layoff and it was such fun! There are still a couple of places left on beginners classes at the end of the month - I promise you won’t regret coming to join us. Details on the pinned post!
