We are absolutely thrilled to announce a collaboration with the best neighbors we could ever hope for: Bottle & Barrel

They are opening their third venue!!
A gorgeous new wine bar!!

And we will be supplying them with some of our sweet pastries to pair with their morning coffees.

We love this team so much and wish them all the absolute best with the new launch. Aberystwyth, you’re in for a treat 🥂

We’ve been amazed at the amount of entries that have come in over the last couple of months for our Abercyclefest round of the summer series/ceredigion schools races which are part of the national championship weekend in Aberystwyth.
ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED.
Preparation is well under way to make this a race to remember for everyone!

📣There will be no entries available on the day!

Everyone that has entered will receive a race pack email this week with all the information you will need to help the day go as smoothly and as safely as possible.
The main thing is that everyone has fun, either taking part, supporting or just taking in the atmosphere of such a great event in our home town.
If you didn’t manage to get an entry this time we still have spaces available for the 3rd round on the 10th July at Blaendolau. 🏁🚴🏼‍♂️🚴🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

🌸 SUMMER EDITION BOMBOLONE 🌸

It’s been on the counter for a few days and it’s a definite hit.

Foraged elderflower has been brewing in syrup for a few weeks and is now a velvety cream made by our fabulous .bakery 💕

Open as usual till 3 today and tomorrow (Saturday) 9am-6pm

Ramen .. Amen ..

Today, I had the absolute privilege of tasting the best Ramen I’ve ever had in my life, cooked by none other than Gareth Ward

The t-shirt was completely inappropriate 🤣🫠

Needless to say , it did not need salt. Absolute perfection 🙏🍜
