Hello my lovelies! It is meet the team Wednesday, and today it is time to meet Sam!

Sam is the longest current standing member of the team, so he has been training all the new starters. Sam is a creative individual who loves drawing, crafts and playing guitar. He is well read and enjoys sitting on the beach with a good sci fi or fantasy book. Sam enjoys going for walks too, and has a very dry sense of humour!

A reminder as well that the Bistro is CLOSED from Wednesday 2nd September to Sunday 6th September so chef can have a well earned rest (and a lie down in a dark room!). We are back open on Wednesday 9th September at 11am.

Good afternoon my lovelies! It is meet the team Wednesday!

Dragonfly have been busy recruiting, so please welcome our latest team member, Eloise.

Eloise lives in Aberystwyth with her cat Steve, and four Giant African Land Snails. Eloise has been vegetarian for her entire life. She likes the opportunity that Dragonfly gives the local community to eat great vegetarian, vegan and gluten free food, and she makes a great coffee! In her spare time, she enjoys crafts and getting out into the wild world.

Next time, we will meet Sam. Will he let us take his photo though?

It is meet the team Wednesday, so please welcome our newest team member, Hollie!

Hollie lives in Aberystwyth with her son, husband and 4 guinea pigs. She particularly enjoys art, music and eating the delicious cakes from Dragonfly. Here she is sampling the tropical cake.

We are open till 4pm so why not come and grab a coffee and cake? Takeaway available.

Good afternoon lovelies,

Even in this hot weather we are still doing our vegan Sunday lunch. But if this is too hot for you we are also doing something cooler and lighter.

This week it is our quiche with mixed salad.
