New wine time! We've got some tasty new bottles to try out! 🍷
For the reds we've got:
Comoloco a lighter Spanish red with notes of bramble, black cherry and very minimal tannin. Works wonderfully chilled in an ice bucket. 🍒
Montes Alpha is a Carménère from Chile, a grape variety that was once thought extinct and is originally from Bordeaux but was rediscovered in Chile and has now become a sort of national speciality. Full bodied and with silky smooth tannins. Really rich and ripe blackberries with a hint of spice on the end.
La Bohème is a blend of Gamay and Syrah from Australia, where Syrah is usually known as Shiraz. But the winemakers have chosen are more French style of winemaking, meaning it's a bit more delicate and restrained as opposed to a full bodied in your face Shiraz. Gamay is a grape most people would know from Beaujolais and is normally used to make wine in a young and fruity style with low tannin. The resulting is a medium bodied wine with a berry, violet and graphite notes.
Walt Pinot Noir is from Germany, so compared to our previous Californian one it's a bit lighter and a tad more acidic due to the cooler climate. It's got aromas of sour cherry and cranberry with a hint of dried herbs. 🌿

In the sparkling section we're feeling pink 💕🌸
We have a new pink Pet Nat(natural sparkling wine) from Ancre Hills in Monmouth. Similarly to our previous pet nat it's quite sour which is pretty common for the style and has aromas of quince, white peach and rose petals.
For all the sweet wine lovers we have a sparkling pink Moscato from Emeri. Fully of strawberry and raspberry. It's got a great amount of sweetness for a hot day like today! 🍓
Keep swiping for the orange ---->
Last but certainly not least we've got the Pomone orange wine from Ams Tram Gram. This orange has an almost cidery scrumpy-ness to it and aromas of lemon, apricot and kiwi. 🥝
Which of these are you most excited to try? Or have you tried one already? 🍷
