The best sea salt in the world comes from Halen Môn / Anglesey Sea Salt on the Menai strait. The best peanut butter comes from a little further down the road in Wrexham courtesy of Meridian Foods - when combined, it’s unparalleled in the nut butter universe.

A celebration of Welsh business, we’ve created Meridian x Halen Môn x Two Islands “Salted Peanut Butter” ice cream.

A permanent fixture on the menu throughout August and September it’s here to stay. There’s smooth and crunchy jars of the PB available to take home from our retail shelves. Our recommendation is stuffed into medjool dates with extra flaky sea salt for crunch.
