It has come to our attention that comments on a post yesterday, relating to Rob’s Chippy, on Abergele Information Board, were malicious.
We are a family run business with one of the proprietors having had experience in Chip Shops since 1987.
Feedback is taken seriously. We arrange mystery shoppers and then review everything, so if anyone does have a legitimate issue, please either mention it in the shop, telephone us or Facebook message us, and we will resolve any issues. The staff who work for us have been there for years and do a great job.
After some digging, we have found out who is behind this and have asked the Admin of Abergele Information Board to remove the post. What a sad world we live in where people have to get business by trying to bring down other people's.
