Well cellar work seems to take hours in this heat and I’m happy down there at 12 degrees, only nuisance is apparently I have to be upstairs by 12noon…..
The near empty plate is a terrible job of tasting the lovely Quiches that Lewis has made for the special today Quiche Lorraine and a broccoli and Stilton both served hot or cold and with chips and salad £14, I know it’s hot but we are doing the midweek roast Beef with all the trimmings £14.50
The spritz thing is going mad we now do Aperol, Campari, limoncello & a Hugo I think for now that’s enough but hey ho you never know….😂😂
