Meet Freddie - or Fredz.
A local lad who’s about to do something pretty incredible and head all the way to Canada to represent Wales at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships. 🇨🇦
When his family got in touch and asked whether T&T would like to get behind his journey, it was a very easy yes.
We originally had grand plans to create Freddie his own protein-packed brunch… until we discovered a fun fact..
Apparently Fredz became pretty well known for heading to Spoons before registration and putting away SIX hash browns a day 🤣
And considering you lot already eat a frankly ridiculous amount of ours, it felt meant to be.
So, starting today, for every hash brown dish sold at Toast & Timber, we’ll donate £1 directly towards Freddie’s journey to the Commonwealths.
You eat the hash browns. We’ll make the donation. 💪🏼
