One thing we never really talk about is who we are.

We’re a brand new, independent brunch house, built by us, for Abergavenny.

We’re open from 9–5 Monday, Wednesday to Saturday, 10–4 on Sundays, and close on Tuesdays so our little team can recharge their batteries, work behind the scenes and make Toast & Timber even better.

Dogs are always welcome, we keep things nice and relaxed with walk-ins, and our Afternoon Melts can be booked if you’re in the mood for three tiers of trouble 👀

Coffee, brunch and good times, that’s really all we wanted to create.

Thank you for finding us, supporting us and making Toast & Timber what it is already.

We’ve loved meeting so many of you, hearing your stories and sharing ours.

Three tiers of trouble. No regrets.

Pick your favourite melt, choose something to indulge, then settle in with a freshly baked fruit scone, strawberry jam, clotted cream and endless tea.

🌿 £25 per person

🌿 Available daily from 2pm–5pm

Built for long catch-ups, celebrations, overdue coffee dates and those “shall we stay for one more?” afternoons 😋

A little update from us 🤎

The support we’ve received since opening has been absolutely incredible, and honestly far beyond anything we expected.

From the support, to the queues, to the cheering on, you guys have been amazing.

To make sure we can keep giving you the experience you deserve, we’ll be closed tomorrow (Tuesday) for a day behind the scenes to catch up, restock, make a few improvements and give the team a chance to reset after an unbelievably busy first week.

We’ll be back open as normal on Wednesday, ready to welcome you all again.

Thank you for your patience, support and kindness whilst we find our feet. It genuinely means the world to us.
