Our Specials this week are Mediterranean salad, or Chicken tikka and salad sandwich.

Our soup tomorrow will be Sweet potato and chorizo

We will have more of our Strawberry tarts, Gill's amazing meringues and an orange cheesecake

How is everyone feeling after Echt show yesterday??
It was so good to see so many people there despite the weather!
As quite a few of you are probably having a slightly later start than normal today, we are going to serve breakfasts all day today! 😀
We also have lentil soup, cajun chicken salad, and chicken pesto and mozzarella sandwich.

Special is Cajun chicken pasta salad

Every year we like to have a summer outing to thank the team for all their hard work. We are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team in both our cafes, who are always willing to cover each other's shifts during holidays etc. Everyone has been fantastic as we have been finding our feet at Flora's, and dealing with the challenge of running 2 cafes!
So this year, we are keeping it local. We are closing the cafes and we will all be going to Echt show. I'm sure we will see a lot of you there!

We are hiring!

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our front of house team. Working on both Saturday and Sunday. Hours will vary. Must be 16 or over. The position involves serving customers, making coffees etc, cash handling and cleaning.

We are also looking for someone to wash dishes on Saturdays. Hours will be 10am - 4/4.30pm. Duties will include keeping up with the washing of dishes and helping the kitchen team with some prep. Must be 16 or over.

We have been so busy so far this week, that i haven't got round to posting the specials! Thank you to everyone who has visited us so far this week..

We have an old school salad (is this how you remember salads back in the day??), and our sandwich filling is Chicken pesto and mozzarella.

Tomorrow's soup will be Tomato and roast pepper

Scones will be Plain, Fruit, Cheese or Rhubarb and ginger
