At The Highlander Café Bus, we are a full dine-in café experience — not a food van — and we take pride in the quality and consistency of every dish we serve.
Our menu is carefully crafted and served as described. We offer a 'Make Your Own' option specifically for guests with dietary preferences or allergies, giving complete control over ingredients.
We always accommodate confirmed allergies — this is non-negotiable for us and is clearly communicated during ordering.
We have flagged this to Google as potential review manipulation and trust that it will be investigated accordingly.
