🇫🇷 A JOURNEY THROUGH FRANCE AT BISTRO VERDE

This autumn, we’re doing something a little different…

Join us for two exclusive seafood tasting evenings as we take you on a culinary journey through Northern and Southern France, with five courses created around the flavours of each region and an optional selection of specially paired French w**es.

🥂 NORTHERN FRANCE — Wednesday 21st October
From Ch*****ne to the Atlantic Coast

Expect langoustine bisque, Shetland scallops, c***r mussels, sea bass and crème brûlée — showcasing the richer coastal flavours of Northern France.

🍷 SOUTHERN FRANCE — Wednesday 18th November
From the Rhône to the Mediterranean

A brighter, Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring tuna carpaccio, Shetland scallops with romesco, roasted langoustine, cod with Jambon de Bayonne and nougat glacé.

Five-course tasting menu — £55 per person
With four specially selected French w**e pairings — £75 per person

One sitting only at 7pm.

Join us for two exclusive seafood tasting evenings, each exploring a different side of France through its food and w**e.

🥂 NORTHERN FRANCE
Wednesday 21st October · 7pm
From Ch*****ne to the Atlantic Coast

A seafood-led journey through Ch*****ne, Normandy, Brittany, the Loire and Burgundy — celebrating shellfish, coastal flavours and elegant French w**es.

🍷 SOUTHERN FRANCE
Wednesday 18th November · 7pm
From the Rhône to the Mediterranean

A warmer journey south through the Rhône, Provence and Languedoc, with Mediterranean seafood, saffron, herbs and fuller southern French w**es.

£55 per person, per evening — tasting menu
£75 per person, per evening — tasting menu with paired w**es

There will be one sitting only at 7pm, with limited places available for each evening.

Once again, Bistro Verde has been recognised by The Press and Journal as one of the best restaurants to visit in Aberdeen.

For a restaurant that has been part of Aberdeen for more than 30 years, seeing Bistro Verde continue to receive recognition like this is something I’m incredibly proud of.

But none of it happens without the people behind it.
