our beautiful baker boi, fin 🖤

It was obvious right from the start that he was going to be a special one. With an already impressive skill set + his youthful enthusiasm, it wasn’t long before he became a key contributor + an integral part of the Parx Team. Initially on the coffee machine smashing out beautiful coffees all day long, he grew in confidence and gradually became a regular face on the till where you guys got the chance to meet the incredible human that he is. Laterally, he’s been the main social media contributor and of course, baker, which is where he’s found his passion 🖤

Today’s his last day, a very sad day - but of course he’s baked you all an incredible final cake, so make sure you pop by to grab a slice + say goodbye 🖤

We love you so much, Fin - thanks for all your hard work. It’s been an absolute pleasure to watch you grow and happy that Parx has played a part in your journey. We will of course miss you very much, but are so excited to see what the future holds for you 🖤

It’s been a slow + snowy start to the New Year for all of us but today felt a little more ‘normal’ and the special board is looking STRONG for tomorrow + next week, including THIS GUY ….
