A little rain didn’t stop us today! ☔️🔥

Thistle Catering Services were out serving up a great staff BBQ, with plenty of good food and good spirits all round. 🌭🍔

Today we served up 80 afternoon teas for the ladies at The Royal Golf Course Aberdeen, it was lovely and great to see so many ladies enjoy our home bakes.

Their menu included;

Finger sandwiches
Handmade savoury sausage rolls
Beetroot infused salmon blinis
Chacuterie skewers
Cheesy twist puffs

Scones homemade jam and chantilly cream
Victoria Sponges
Handmade chocolate eclairs
Selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee

Our service included a fully decorated buffet table with flowers, risers and greenery.

If you are considering an afternoon tea do get in touch we would love to share our food with you too.

From careful planning to flawless service, our team delivered a memorable dining experience for every guest. Our team brought a vibrant, cuban‑inspired menu to match the atmosphere:

Watermelon & Feta Salad 🍉 fresh, colourful, and full of flavour

Mojo Jerk Chicken 🔥 bold, warm, and packed with spice

Tropical Panna Cotta 🌺 creamy, bright, and the perfect tropical finish

Every member of our Thistle Catering Services team had a wonderful day — the energy, kindness, and generosity from all the ladies made it unforgettable. Thank you for choosing us to cater such a special event Whether you're organising a charity event, corporate function, gala dinner or celebration, Thistle Catering Services has the experience and capacity to cater for large events without compromising on quality.
