We've launched a petition calling for the immediate resignation of Mr Hywel Daniel, Executive Director of People and lead negotiator for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board throughout our Health Visitors pay banding dispute.

Hywel Daniel’s lack of urgency, failure to meaningfully negotiate, and deliberately undermining Welsh Government calls serious question into his leadership.

Hywel Daniel should go, so that meaningful talks can take place to resolve this dispute and ensure families in Cwm Taf Morgannwg are provided with the essential services they need and deserve.

Their role is a vital source of support, reassurance, and guidance at the very start of family life.

The board must recognise Health Visitors at their correct pay banding and start valuing and respecting their work.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, do the right thing so members can get back to what they do best: supporting families across the South Wales Valleys 📣
