I know it’s a little long, but it’ll only take a few minutes of your time.

This Christmas isn’t just going to be a busy day full of orders for Peppers…
We want it to feel a little warmer, a little more special, and a little less lonely for some people. ❤️

Our Christmas menu isn’t even fully ready yet, and we haven’t announced the prices…

But more than half of our Christmas Day restaurant capacity is already booked, and over 30 families have already reserved their Christmas takeaway meals with us.

Honestly, we still don’t know how you trust us this much.

You haven’t even seen the full menu yet, you don’t know the prices, and still you’ve trusted Peppers with your Christmas.

To us, this isn’t just about having customers.

It’s trust.
It’s coming back.
It’s recommending us to your friends and family.
It’s choosing Peppers again and again. ❤️

So this year, we decided we wanted to pass some of that kindness on to others.

We’ve decided that an entire care home will be having their Christmas Day lunch completely on Peppers.

Freshly roasted turkey, gravy, all the traditional Christmas trimmings, and a proper warm, homemade Christmas dinner for everyone there.

For those who may be spending Christmas alone…
For those who may have wanted to be at home with their families, but for whatever reason, life has turned out differently.

We can’t replace their families…
But we can be there for them.

We can bring them a warm homemade meal, a few smiles, and hopefully a little bit of that feeling of home and Christmas. ❤️

And this gift isn’t only from Peppers…
A big part of it is from all of you too.

Because every purchase, every order, every booking and every bit of support you give Peppers helps our little business grow stronger ,and that gives us the chance to support even more people in our community. ❤️

The more you support Peppers, the more we are able to pass that kindness on to others.

That’s exactly what we want Peppers to be known for.

Not just as a place that serves good food, but as a business that takes the support it receives from its community and gives some of that kindness back to the same community.

We’re not asking anyone to donate anything extra.

We simply want you to know that your support for Peppers doesn’t only mean something to us ,it gives us the opportunity to do more for other people too. ❤️

We’ll be sharing more details and photos with you very soon.

Remember when I said nothing strange had happened for a while? 😬

Well… today I’ve got one for you that you probably won’t believe 😂

Last week we were absolutely crazy busy.
Most of our tables were booked for Afternoon Tea, and lately, because lunchtime has been getting so busy, more and more customers are booking tables in advance ،even during the week.

A lady came in and sat herself at a table that was already reserved.

Very politely, we explained:
“Sorry, this table is reserved. Would you mind sitting at table 15 instead?”

She said:
“But I want to sit here.”

So again, we explained that unfortunately the table was reserved for someone else.

She got angry, walked out and said:

“Everyone keeps saying the staff at Peppers are so polite… you’re actually very rude!”

And left. 😳😂

We were all just standing there thinking…

What exactly were we supposed to do?! 😂

Anyway everything is fresh today!

🚨 PLEASE SHARE — IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE FOR TOMORROW! 🚨

Just for tomorrow, we will only be doing ONE delivery round, between:

🚗 10am – 12pm

So if you’d like a delivery, please get your order in as early as possible.

📱 You can WhatsApp us tonight with your full order, name, full address and postcode, and we’ll get everything organised for tomorrow.

☎️ You can also call us tomorrow morning(from8:30)but please be aware that once our delivery round is full ،and especially after around 10–10:30am ،we unfortunately won’t be able to accept any more delivery orders.

After that, collection will still be available as normal, but there will be no further deliveries tomorrow.

This is just a one-off change for this week due to an issue with our delivery driver and a very busy restaurant service.

The other half is how a place makes you feel.

What do you think?

I always try my best to make sure that when you walk into Peppers, you don’t feel like you’ve just come in to eat, pay and leave…

I want it to feel like you’ve come to your grandma’s house, your auntie’s house, or the home of someone you love ،somewhere you can relax, have something nice to eat, have a little chat, laugh, and leave feeling a bit better than when you came in. ❤️

Don’t forget, Peppers isn’t just a restaurant anymore…

We’re one big family. ❤️

I keep telling my mum, “We don’t get enough sunshine here ،I need to give my customers something to get some vitamins into them!” 😂

Mum says, “48-hour slow-cooked meat stock!” 😌

So there you go… our 48-hour beef stock, going into the gravy, the Corned Beef Pie… and pretty much anything else we can sneak it into! 😂🤌

Mum says it’s good for you… so who am I to argue? 🤪😁

I’m here to say THANK YOU… and, sorry, to ask for your help again! 🥹❤️

Honestly, today was amazing. So many of you came to Peppers, and what made me even happier was seeing how many of you were visiting us for the very first time.

You left us such lovely comments, tagged us in your posts and stories, and told us how much you enjoyed the food. It genuinely means so much to us. ❤️
Thank you for giving Peppers a try, and I really hope today was the first of many visits!

But… I need to ask our lovely community for a little help again. 🙏

We need another CHEF! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Peppers is getting busier and busier, and even with 3 chefs and 2 kitchen assistants, our kitchen team now needs to grow.

We’re looking for a proper, experienced chef ،not a kitchen assistant or KP.

Someone who:
• has good kitchen experience
• can work quickly and confidently during a busy service
• understands how a professional kitchen works
• is reliable and someone we can trust
• takes pride in the food they send out ❤️

Of course, we’ll be there to help them learn our menu, our kitchen and the Peppers way of doing things. Nobody is expected to walk in on day one knowing everything!

The position is part-time for now, with the possibility of becoming full-time as we continue to grow.

I want to build a kitchen team strong enough to give you the food and service you deserve.

My goal has always been simple: you shouldn’t have to leave Aberdare to find really good, quality food. ❤️

So please… if you know a genuinely good chef, tag them, send them this post, or tell them to get in touch with us.

You’ve helped Peppers grow so much already. Now help me find the next person to join our little team. 🥹❤️
