👩‍🍳 Which Catering course is right for you?
Foundations in Catering – If you're new to catering or don’t yet have formal qualifications: learn core kitchen skills, working with recipes, prep, hygiene, customer service and teamwork. No previous qualifications needed.

Level 1 Professional Cookery – A first step into professional cookery: you’ll pick up hospitality basics, kitchen practices, health & safety, customer service — setting a strong foundation all while working in our college restaurant and kitchen.

Level 2 Professional Cookery / Food & Beverage Service – For those ready to advance: build on your Level 1 or equivalent, with more industry-relevant practice, preparing you for a career or progression.

Level 3 Professional Cookery / Patisserie / Food & Beverage Service & Supervision – Advanced course covering all aspects of professional cookery; ideal if you want to reach chef-level skills or supervisory roles in catering.
