It’s been a chaotic week so far!! From the griddle being temporarily KIA, to loosing my key to my car (no spare unfortunately) 🙄🙈😱it’s been rough!! But we remained open, plodded on and we are back to business as usual. Haven’t had a meltdown, but was close. Thank you peeps for popping in, keeping us motivated and just being you! Meet the boss but not the boss… Laura

Laura took up the mantle of crust and crumbs on 8th may 2023, after several years working for the NHS, in various administrative roles. One day, Laura boldly decided, to jack it all in, the job security, pension, and 9-5 hours, to delve into the world of self employment.

Laura loves F1, big fan of Max Verstappen, and Laura has a partner named Matthew. (He’s a Rhondda boy so please don’t judge 🤣🤣🤣)

She is a big horror and Halloween lover, borderline obsessed one might add…. And if she could get a petition going to have 12 months of the year dedicated to all things spooky and kooky, it would happen !! 👻

Hates spiders and walking around barefoot 🦶 ❌

Loves cheese and dipping toast in tea ✅

Biggest achievements for Laura, is building a good reputation with customers by providing excellent, freshly prepared food, with NO EXCEPTIONS, getting the shop to a 5 star hygiene rating, and running a very successful, but small business with ZERO experience.

You can literally put your mind to anything and make it work, if you believe it.
