ABERDARE COCO’S COFFEE & KITCHEN UPDATE 🤎

Our booking system is currently on pause whilst we make some exciting changes to our kitchen including the expansion of our kitchen team! 🤗

For the next few weeks, open 7 days a week;
• Monday to Thursday as usual - Seasonal light lunches - Currently Toasties & Savoury Croissants. As well as our Coffees & Cakes of course!
• Friday to Sunday - We’ll be running a reduced brunch menu on these days until we’re back up and running at full capacity - No bookings. Walk ins only.
• Evening small plates & Sunday Roasts - Currently on hold until works are completed 🤎

We hope to be up and running back to usual ASAP, whilst we sadly cannot offer you the full shebang in the next few weeks, we’ll make sure we have lots of delicious options for you in the meantime! 😋Thank you so much for all your patience and we’ll keep you updated here with all our bookings news!

EXCITING** We’re hiring a Sous Chef at Coco’s!

Coco’s is looking for a full-time Sous Chef to join our growing team!

- Mostly daytime shifts, weekends included with just two evenings per week (Christmas season may include a little more). Shifts will cover Brunch service, evening small plates and Sunday Roasts.
- Fresh produce, supportive team, and the chance to contribute your ideas to our innovative menu.
- Salary depending on experience.

Must-haves: food hygiene certificates and knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene, Chef de Partie or Sous Chef experience, strong cooking techniques, consistent quality, and a love for fresh, seasonal food.
