Dirty dough bite story time!

Regular customers have heard the story of how these little pillows of joy arrived on the menu.
It all started when service had finished and we had a dough left....we would make them for us to snaffle on while we clean up ready to go home.
Then we thought we need to take these to our lush customer's who also enjoy them as much as us.
Today is the day I've been dreaming of!!! When we take them to the extreme next level...
We turn them into Carbonara dough bites
Thats right!!!!
Pillowy soft, garlic butter drenched dough bites, covered in delicious Guanciale, Pecorino and egg yolk...
Honestly it’s a taste sensation (Amanda is writing this and yes I bloody love them)
They are only on the menu for today
