Hi everybody, I hope you're all trying to keep cool in this very hot weather .
I've made a decision with the Tearoom As from Today we are doing everything by reservation only .So brunch , lunch, and dinner stay the same with the 47-hour notice .As far as the popping in for coffee and cake, I will need a day's notice as with this heat keeping cakes fresh and looking lovely is becoming very difficult , and I also have family to take into consideration now with our 2 new grandchildren. I hope you can all understand my changes , and we ofcourse still look forward to welcoming you here at Sprucelake

Hi everybody, just to let you know that the Tearoom will be closed tomorrow due to hospital appointments. But we will be open as usual on Friday if anyone is interested kind regards Alison

If there is a special event coming your way an anniversary, birthday or you just want to get out and treat the family then don't forget we offer afternoon teas with a beautiful setting 😊. Remember we need 48hrs notice for these as well.

Hi Everybody , just to let everyone know that as it's October, the Tearoom is now closed until next year
But that's not to say you can't still come along for brunch or lunch, I just need 2 days' notice to get things organised for you .
We would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us and enjoyed the ambience of good food and surroundings. We certainly had a few good laughs along the way .So a very big thank you from us to you all .Hopefully, we will still see some of you in the run-up to Christmas. Kind regards Alison and Mark x

Bonjour à tous, juste pour vous informer qu'en octobre, le salon de thé est fermé jusqu'à l'année prochaine.
Cependant, cela ne signifie pas que vous ne pouvez pas venir bruncher ou déjeuner ; j'ai juste besoin de deux jours de préavis pour organiser tout cela.
Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement tous ceux qui sont venus nous soutenir et qui ont apprécié l'ambiance, la bonne cuisine et le cadre. Nous avons bien rigolé. Un grand merci à tous. J'espère vous revoir encore à l'approche de Noël. Cordialement, Alison et Mark !

Hi everyone, just to let you know that as from tomorrow the 8th of August, the TEA GARDEN will be open for reservations only as we have family visiting .We will be open as usual from Friday the 15th. Thank you for your understanding kind regards Alison

Hi Everyone just wanted to let you all know that the Tea Garden and the Chambre D'hote here at Sprucelake will be closed from this Saturday the 12th of July reopening on the 27th of July .As we are celebrating our son Adam and Chrystala wedding in Cyprus. But this would not have been possible without our good friends Steve and Kaye staying here looking after the house and all the animals .So please respect their privacy.
