AREV revives the legendary Strand Restaurant and Champagne Lounge. Long a staple of Saint Tropez, this storied venue was born in the oldest restaurant space in the region – it also once housed a speakeasy in its back room. Today, this magical Saint Tropez experience is finally reborn. Only the freshest produce, including vegetables and herbs from our very own kitchen garden make it to The Strand,

so our chef can transform it into an unforgettable sensory experience. Locally sourced ingredients are at the heart of our culinary approach. Seasons rule the menu, which highlights the power of natural flavours and the preservation of Mediterranean culinary traditions - sure to delight the crowds. An extensive wine list has been carefully curated to satisfy even the most demanding of connoisseurs. A splendid champagne trolley starts and rounds off the show, offering an astounding choice of the best of bubbly to suit every mood, by bottle and glass. After dinner, be transported to another realm by our live musicians, who know just what you want to hear and will serenade the glamorous crowd well into the night.
