📍Le Papillon Ivre - St Barthélemy

Zoom sur une cuvée rare et originale, riche et persistante issue de vieux Carignan blanc ! Voilà un brillant hommage à ce cépage ancestral de la vallée du Languedoc !

Le nez est complexe, agréable, très floral sur des notes de chêvrefeuille et de fruits à chair jaune le tout ponctué d’épices … Que c’ est flatteur !
La bouche est très fine, très droite et saline mais conserve une très jolie matière !

Bref, une pépite en quantité extrêmement limitée ! Évidemment à retrouver dans la « Librairie des Vins » du Papillon Ivre !
