Casual to challenging cycling holidays in ancient France…

Based at the beautiful historic Les Magnolias Hotel & Restaurant in the village of Plaisance, Cycling Magnolias offers supported and self-guided cycling holidays in the hidden gem of south-west France’s Aveyron.

Explore a different corner of this magnificent countryside each day, with every cycling route beginning and ending at the hotel. Discover medieval villages, quiet country roads and spectacular landscapes - the Aveyron has more of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” than any other department!

With well-maintained roads and routes suitable for road bikes, racing bikes and e-bikes, there’s something for everyone, from relaxed riders to experienced cyclists. Over 40 quality road and electric bikes are available to rent from our dedicated cycling garage, and more than 20 carefully designed routes are provided in print or via RideWithGPS.

After your ride, cool off with a b**r by the pool before enjoying a delicious dinner prepared by acclaimed local chef Leila, using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Welcome to latest arrivals the South African Recyclers club from Cape Town 💛💛💛 led by our great friend Liz Szabo. Liz has introduced dozens of South African cyclists to Cycling Magnolias over the years. Wonderful to take care of her and one of her group (and friends) again! They have so far visited Ambialet, Brousse-Le-Chateau and Peyre and loved their Cannoeing day today from Trebas to Ambialet. Thank you Charlie, Maxim and Jean Pierre of Canoë Kayak Trebas for their support! Tomorrow Albi ❤️.
