So where have we been.... Little Bread Oven was started in the beginning to fulfil the creative need in my life since moving to France. After creating a vegi garden and using the produce from it in most of our meals it soon emerged that we had more than enough to share and pass around! Jars of this, jars of that were produced, bags and bags were frozen and pies of every combination were created, very soon a friend who owns a local restaurant was selling the jams and chutneys and various craft items were sold there. Since then we have moved on, it quickly became apparant that friends and family here and in the UK adore anything French!! So, now we source, create and sell items which have been created from foraged items or grown produce along with finds from brocantes, attic sales and the rest...French linens to china tea-cups can be found here and many pics will be posted shortly. I invite you to become part of the journey of foraging in France. We can source the most random of request (believe me we have been asked for some strange things) Most of the items on here have a tale to tell, whether its a former life in a chateau or a hard life on the farm. Some are firm favourites and not for sale, others are and details accompany each photo. I'm off to hunt out the Walnuts now as have another wreath to make...wishing you a happy and creative fun day!
