Our Story

After running our bike tour company for 10 years, we opened Le Peloton Café in 2015 to brin gour passions together: great coffee, cycling, and community. These days, you might find a group of cyclist back from a morning ride, parents grabbing their post-school caffeine, travellers sharing their adventures over a latte, or our neighbourhood regulars in for their daily cha

t. Through all of our Parisian adventures over the years (& there have been many), we've been convinced that life in Paris is really "Better Together" - just like a long ride in the French countryside. That's the magic of 'Le Peloton'.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately.

Truth is, we’ve been flat out building something we’ve dreamed about for a long time. Many of you have followed the journey as L’Échappée, and today we’re excited to finally share where it’s landed.

We’d like to introduce you to Le Peloton Studio.

Studio • Gallery • Clubhouse

Think of it as the next stage of the ride. Heaps more room to stretch our legs. More space to move, create, celebrate, learn, collaborate, and bring great people together.

Whether it’s a yoga or Pilates class, a photography exhibition or book launch, a panel discussion or concert, a brand pop-up, or simply an excuse to gather with good people, Le Peloton Studio was built to be the kind of place we always wished existed in Paris.

The café isn’t going anywhere. This is simply taking the ride to the next level, and we’re thrilled to have you alongside us.

The Fête must go on 🎉 Despite the heat and the prefectures prohibition of take away alcohol sales, we are throwing the biggest block party in the city like every year! is gonna treat us to some epic jams, the hot dogs will be aplenty, and we’ve got plenty of soft drinks and non alcoholic options to keep you hydrated all night!

Paris has come alive these past few weeks. We’ve been feeling it especially with back to back events at L’Échappée, the LPCC season in full gear, and now heading into the month of bank holidays!

We are open every day 7/7 as usual. Keep an eye out for events via our account, .are.kiin run club crossovers, and a full calendar at with wellness, cultural, clubhouse, and community events.

This is what taking community building to the next level looks like with x .nutrition x .are.kiin 💥

Cyclists and runners came out in mass numbers during the Paris semi marathon weekend. While KIIN packed out testing New Balance’s ellipse technology, our cyclists feasted on MNSTRY bars before jumping in the saddle.

It’s the post run/ride hang out sessions that are the best part of all, seeing people connect over coffee and shared experiences 💛

We are teaming up again with KIIN March 15 for full day of fitness, fun, and fellowship!

riders will roll out at 8h30 or 8h45 depending on the level. Make sure you’ll following us on for specific ride details.

It’ll be a late start this week for .are.kiin, so enjoy a bit of extra rest and be ready to hit the pavement at 10h00.

Post ride/run fun continues with coffee and a sweet dj set by our very own at , so bring your dancing shoes as cleats are strictly forbidden on the dance floor 🪩

THE POWER OF COMMUNITY 💥

You came out in full force this weekend in Paris to join us for an incredible event as we teamed up with .are.kiin and .nutrition !

The KIIN squad got to test out the new Ellipse technology for their pre-marathon 5km shake out run while took over the whole block with massive groups of cyclists across our three levels before tackling up to 80 km!

Special thanks to the KIIN team for making this first community event at L’Échappée such a great experience for everyone!

This was just a taste of what’s to come.
We’ve nearly reached 60% of our Kickstarter goal, so please don’t hesitate to share our story or contribute to the campaign if you’re keen to join us in making L’Échappée an exceptional event space for an inclusive global community showcasing community building events around coffee, cycling, fitness and cultural events.
