A farm for each daughter 🏔️🇭🇳❤️
You know Finca Jazmin well—it’s been a staple on our menu for years, named after Neptaly Bautista’s youngest daughter. A few years ago, our dear friend purchased another farm high in the mountains overlooking Lago de Yojoa, this time for his oldest daughter, Dania.
It’s an incredibly steep farm (Neptaly isn’t afraid of a little hiking), planted with Pacas trees and this year, for the first time, Neptaly separated out the harvest from Finca Cacao and something special happened. 88 points. Incredible clarity. Honey and bright tropical fruit flavours—everything we love about coffees from Santa Barbara, but intensely focused and sweet.
Finca Dania is now on our menu, and we couldn’t be happier to finally feature both daughters’ coffees.
We’ve loved getting to know Dania through our conversations, and can’t wait for you to taste her coffee.
