Some of the best conversations happen before the first cocktail is served.

For this UK edition of Afternoon Session, we welcomed .bar for an afternoon dedicated to sharing ideas, experiences, and the philosophies behind two of the UK's most respected bars.

From Schofield's on the pursuit of timeless classics to on the craft behind a daily-changing menu, the masterclasses reminded us that great bars are built as much on people and ideas as they are on drinks.
