Best People ❤️❤️ we had the chance yesterday to organize a Summer staff party to celebrate the last 12 months. Best year of Echo so far in 8 years, best people to work with and a big thank u to all of you that are coming to eat on a regular basis in our restaurant, we won’t be here after 8 years without all of you 😘😘 thanks LE CORNICHON for this amazing meal and Abricot for delicious 🍸🍹

A few months ago, Echo Market started with a simple idea: bringing the kind of fresh, vibrant, California-inspired food we love into a format designed for takeaway and delivery.

Over the past months, we’ve tested recipes, learned a lot, received your feedback, and watched this little project take shape.

At the end of this week, Echo Market will be taking a short summer pause.

We’ll be back in September with new ideas, new recipes, and an even stronger menu.

Working again with Mailea Weger on these recipes made this project even more meaningful.
It brings us back to where Echo started.
