This summer, discover two exclusive creations by our Pastry team: one celebrating the freshness of Anaïs strawberries, the other the richness of Passionato 62% dark chocolate. Both are built around Madagascan and Tahitian vanilla ice cream and finished tableside for a moment as elegant as it is indulgent.
