It doesn't get more Franco-British than Eurostar, or does-it? Le British Brasserie and the L'Entente Cordiale are two other strongest contenders. Thank you vy much for your Top 4 'Cozy Brunch' recommendation.

‘Les Glacières’ 2023 from Domaine Gardies, one of our all time fave producers. A big, vibrant mix of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Roussanne and Macabeu grapes grown on Clay and Limestone in the Côtes Catalanes, down by Perpignan, on the Spanish border and next to the Med. Available now by the glass.

Hèita, from Domaine Moncaut .les.vins is a vy expressive, easy drinking white made from 5 grape varietals that are grown on gentle slopes at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains, Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc & Gris and Colombard. It comes from the little known wine-producing region of the Béarn, in the Pyrrénées-Atlantiques appellation. Much more to come from this Domaine / Appellation.

'Tis the Season. Mince Pies, with Suet Short Crust Pastry and Brandy Butter. Available to order or on the Dessert Menu. One Tradition says that the mincemeat should be made with thirteen ingredients torepresent Jesus and the Twelve Disciples and that every member of the family should taketurns to stir the ingredients with a spoon from East to West, in honour of the Wise Men (or is that the Christmas Pud ??)

You can reserve, it is cooked to order and you are free to order à la carte, which in Pais is not so common where buffets and Formules reign. We also absolutely love-it when you bring your dogs, grandparents and children for a great family get together; it makes it all worthwhile. Thank you Michelin A
