On the 31 st October from 17h-20h La Bête Noire is hosting Madame Dominique De Gasquet Alias Madame Paradoxa where she will be reading an excerpt from her book ‘Gala Et Dali ; de l’autre côté du miroir ‘ published by Robert Laffont , you can equally buy her book and have it signed by madame Paradoxa herself, she will do a limited number of tarot readings on the night there are only 3 spaces left so if you want to book a once in a life time tarot reading send me a pm or sms on 0615227361. La Bête Noire is looking for a new member to join our Kitchen team , the post is a 25hour / week Friday/ Saturday and Sunday

Apply for this job if you are / have

At least two years experience working in a busy kitchen

1. responsible and punctual
2. Able to remain calm under pressure
3. Good at managing space and cleanliness in a kitchen
4. Be committed for at least 6 months/ 1 year
5. Have a love for cooking and baking and a sincere curiosity to prepare great tasting and consistently great looking plates even when it gets busy.

If you feel you have these traits we will be very happy to meet you offer you a great contract with a great pay to go with the responsibilities that go with being our Brunch cook!

La Bête Noire turns 9 today! This place still brings me immense joy , it has saved my life a number of times and is the place where I met the people in my life here in Paris, all my friends, Ivan and all you beautiful clients that allow me to bring home the bacon 😁♥️ we have 90 gifts to give away today to everyone that visits us it’s a small way of saying thankyou for making this possible year in year out!

Tripes or as we call them Kirxa… slowly cooked in tomato sauce, mirepoix and lots of mint and parsley all topped with pecorino, this is for sure one of the plates I would ask for if I am on death row , this and soft boiled eggs followed by mint chocolate chip ice cream , I’d die a happy woman I tell you! Come taste our tripes they will be on the menu until we sell out ♥️

I love this picture of our vitrine by Iago Pinto , she’s still going strong after all these years, every morning we fill her up with delicious home made pastries baked by Tom and everyday we close with the vitrine almost empty , on weekends we tend to refill her up throughout the day, cos you all love our cakes so much!
