Some suites impress. Others convince. The Honeymoon Suite at Le Bristol Paris belongs to the second kind: refined without effort, and memorable for the right reasons.

From the Caribbean sun to the City of Light, Fabrice Moizan joins Le Bristol Paris as President and Managing Director, bringing over a decade at the helm of 𝑬𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑹𝒐𝒄𝒌 - 𝑺𝒕 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒔 to the world’s most iconic hotels.

Fabrice Moizan arrives with a simple conviction: hospitality should be natural, spontaneous, unpretentious, already at work alongside Aurélie Martin, Hotel Manager, and the teams she leads.

Sincerity over protocol, warmth over spectacle. That’s the idea of hospitality Fabrice Moizan is bringing to Le Bristol Paris.

From Epicure to the Bar, Fabrice Moizan’s perfect day at Le Bristol Paris runs through the tables led by Frédéric Kaiser, Director of Food & Beverage.

Between those who have always been here and those who are just arriving, transmission is the guiding principle of the House, and Chef Arnaud Faye is its finest embodiment, training and nurturing Le Bristol’s kitchen brigades with the same passion he brings to his cooking.

Johan Giacchetti - Chocolate Chef; Maxence Barbot - Pastry Chef; Arnaud Faye - Executive Chef; Corentin Molina - Bakery Chef

A continuity that can’t be manufactured, Fabrice Moizan calls it: people who have been there for decades, passing down knowledge and values.

Le Bristol Paris, having recently celebrated its centenary, now enters its second century. Fabrice Moizan begins this new chapter alongside those who will carry it forward.

Frédéric Kaiser – Director of Food & Beverage; Catherine Hodoul-Baudry – Senior Director of Sales and Marketing; Aurélie Martin – Hotel Manager

« Leading Le Bristol Paris is every hotelier’s dream », Fabrice Moizan says. For him, it’s also a homecoming, since his mentor, Pierre Ferchaud, once ran the House for nearly twenty years. He joins new colleagues in Paris, ready to bring fresh energy while honoring an extraordinary heritage.

Matthieu Bourdon – Regional Director of Engineering; Hélène Jouët-Asselin – Director of Administration & Finance; Sara Khati – Head of Rooms Division;
