João joined our team after successfully running his own restaurant in Rio de Janeiro for several years. Over the years, he experimented with the styles of South-American cuisine, and he never fails to incorporate them into traditional Brazilian recipes to create an all new experience - a perfect suit for our team!

LIVING THE EXPERIENCE (1)

Welcome to another brand new series!
In this series of posts, we will introduce you to a few lucky devils who were selected to enjoy an exclusive sneak peek of our restaurant!

First of all, we convinced our good friend Jacob from over at Forteresse Chambéry to share with all of you his experience.

"The restaurant completely surpassed my wildest expectations. Not only is the venue truly unique, the meal was a combination of flavors unlike anything I've ever tasted before. I chose a South African styled meal and decided to challenge the chef by throwing in eggs and peppers. I was served with the most delicious stew I've ever had in my life! It wasn't what I expected, but it worked out perfectly and I'll be sure to be back here!"

MEET THE CHEF (1)

In this series, we will introduce you to our highly talented team of chefs from all over the world!

To kick us off, here is Hirono!
Hirono is a cook from Japanese origin who has gathered experience all over the world cooking many different cuisines. However, his heart lies with the Asian cuisine, in particular the Japanese. Having lived in 7 countries in Pacific Asia, Hirono is a master of seafood, exotic spices and delicate beef.
After co-running a high-end Asian restaurant in the Netherlands, Hirono decided it was time for a change of scenery and was attracted to our concept. We are grateful and excited to have him on board!

NissaLaBella is a NEW restaurant concept. It is a UNIQUE way of cooking and representing the meal.
You will get an UNUSUAL MENU that consists of just products that you would like to have in your meal, but the dish will stay a SECRET. You will discover your surprise meal cooked by our INTERNATIONAL CHEF later.
Moreover, you can enjoy the view from our TERRACE or order our SPECIAL VIP ROOM that will open a great view of the underwater world.
