Back where I belong

Some stories don’t really end.
They simply wait for you to come back.

In February 2025, I started a beautiful adventure with Luke and a fabulous team: Bakery D’Amore.

And today, I am incredibly happy to say: I’m back. ♥️

Coming back has reminded me how fascinating the craft of bread-making is. The hands, the patience, the fermentation, the smell, the imperfections, the transformation of simple ingredients into something alive…
There is a kind of magic in it.

And I keep discovering how naturally bakery and gelato belong together.
Two crafts, two worlds, one beautiful philosophy: respect the ingredients, respect the process, and put a little bit of your soul into what you make.

Today, holding this bread in my hands, I feel something much bigger than bread.

I feel home.

Thank you, Luke, and thank you to all the fabulous people at Bakery D’Amore, for opening the door again and letting me return to a place I never really stopped belonging to.
