Kamado is back!!! We will be open tomorrow night Saturday 6th June from 17h - 21h30, and then from Monday - Saturday the following week 17h - 21h30.
We are changing things up a bit this summer so we are only offering woks and a reduced side plate menu for now…more dishes will be added soon!

Kamado Kitchen is now accepting applications for the summer.

Roles available:
SERVER:
Agent polyvalent: mixed position role. Some front of house and some kitchen prep.
EXPERIENCED CHEF: this is a very specific role so more information will be provided on request.

Kamado Kitchen is a couple run well established bar/restaurant/coffee shop with an amazing reputation and we’re looking for people as passionate as us about good food, coffee and service. Love of Asian food a plus! If you want to work for a business with committed and caring owners then look no further. We have done many seasons in Morzine between us and we believe whole heartedly in a happy team.

• Organised, hard-working, and solution-focused

• Comfortable in busy services

• Right to work in France

• Conversation French essential

• Barista and bar experience desirable

🚨UPDATED OPENING HOURS🚨
As the season is nearing its end, we are taking this opportunity to reduce our opening hours to allow ourselves time to enjoy this incredible place we live in. From April 1st, Kamado will be only be open in the evenings, Monday to Friday. We will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our opening hours are available on google and our website. We will also be running a slightly reduced menu until we close on the 16th April. We would also like to say a huge thank you to everyone that has helped to make this season our best one yet…our incredible team (we couldn’t have done it without you), our suppliers and of course, all of our fantastic customers. Winter 25/26 has definitely been one for the books! 🍜🍻☕️🥂🥟

For anyone who’s new in the valley, we would like to introduce ourselves….We are Kamado and are open tonight from 6pm till 9pm for sit in or takeaway pan-Asian goodness! Located just down from Le Pleney we are right in the middle of town, so why not come and say hi?!

A little reintroduction from the Owners

Harriet & Joe

It’s likely that you’ll see us both if you come to the restaurant in interseason so a brief bit about us.

Joe has 25 years of experience in professional kitchens and loves getting out on his Santa Cruz downhill mountain bike or on his snowboard up the mountain.

I (Harriet) started my journey in hospitality recruitment. I then went on to do ski seasons and never looked back!

We met here in Morzine as two seasonal chefs in 2018 and started a private catering business together. We then took on .morzine in 2021.

When we took it on it was meant to be a boot room in the new building and was just concrete walls. We designed the whole kitchen so it’s like our third child.

It’s a real labour of love but the biggest takeaway we get from it is we get to contribute to people’s special experiences and happiness however brief that may be. We are completely passionate about getting tasty fresh good quality authentic food to all you lovely people and seeing you all enjoy it.

We live down the valley with our two young boys who are 5 and 2. Life is definitely busy!

Each and everytime someone eats with us we are so so grateful for their custom and we also love a good chat!
