Shout–out to Flight LX 0581 — You've got down to # perfection!

Flew the 15:05 – | flight.✈️

All I did was gift them a Lindt chocolate box I bought from the Marseille International Airport duty–free to thank them, today being Valentine's Day.

What followed was a totally unexpected and incredible customer experience. The way each crew member came together as a team to ensure I was comfortable... Today, your generosity made my day unforgettable.  Thank you!🙏☀️

Little did I know the best was yet to come. As I was deboarding, the stewardess to whom I'd given the chocolates hands me a package saying — "This is for you, have a safe connecting flight".
Guess what's inside? 2 Swiss chocolates! 🍫

Over the past 6 years at Mama Spice, every time one of my patrons have walked in with gifts when they've reserved their tables for the dinners I've hosted —

• Vegetables grown in their garden,
• Bouquets (my favourite flowers – sunflower and white Lily),
• Homemade spice blends used in traditional dishes in their countries,
• 100 little handwritten notes filled with food quotes from around the globe all neatly packed in a hand–sewn cloth pouch, ...
• ... I could go on, it's a pretty amazing list!

I'll never forget the way they made me feel, their unwavering loyalty towards Mama Spice. That box of chocolate was simply me paying it forward to perfect strangers.

Am humbled and blown away by these crew members! Lufthansa | Swiss Air, you've done well. That right there is recruitment and training done right.
