A season in the Alps is long enough to properly settle in and short enough to still feel like an adventure. Five months of full venues, good music, snow on the walk home and a team that becomes a small family by Christmas.

Jacks is hiring across both venues. If you've managed a bar or a restaurant before and you know how to hold a busy room, let’s talk!

Head Chef wanted — Jacks Méribel, winter season 2026/27.

Imagine finishing service, stepping outside, and the last chairlift has just gone quiet above you. That's the commute.

We're hiring a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Jacks in Méribel from November through April. You'd own the pass, the team, the ordering and the standards — with the support and structure of a group behind you, not a solo firefight.

The package: competitive wage, bonus structure, 45 hrs/week, accommodation included (or optional if you'd rather live out), discounts in all our venues, staff events, and genuine career development for next season and beyond.

We're after someone who's already done the Head Chef job, speaks fluent English, and wants a winter that's hard work and worth it.

Two busy venues in the 3 Valleys, two very different vibes, same standards. We need people who can run a floor or a bar properly: stock, service, standards, and a team that stays for the whole season because they actually want to.

Jacks is a busy bar and kitchen in the heart of the 3 Valleys — proper food, big volume, good music, even better team. We need someone who can run a section-tight kitchen, hold standards on a full house, and lead a crew rather than just cook for them.

What's on the table:
• Competitive wage plus a bonus structure

• Ongoing career development — we'd rather promote you than replace you
