OK à cook is on, we have tikka, balti, dopiaza, pathia and Madras to pick from. Let me know your orders and I could get them to you as early as sunday (suppliers willing) if you want any of the others please make it a multiple order if you can. I will oblige as much as I can, naturally 🤣 same amazing price €5 for 250g vegan gluten free and do what you like with them behind kitchen Doors 🙃😆 please please share, I beg you, I would love to increase my customer basé. A very happy group of people around this buffet. Just one way to do the sauces. All heated with the veg and meats cooked separately, everyone can get what they want. I have a few left in stock and will be doing a delivery to Sauze vaussais riday midday of anyone wants anything.

In spice order,

Passanda, sweet and creamy with à touch of lemon, filled to the brim with sliced almonds and bundles of sweet mixed fruits

Korma, lovely and sweet, using Brown sugar and ground almonds along with creamy coconut.

Butter chicken, slightly warm with subtle spices with a creamy buttery aftertaste

Dopiaza, slightly sweet very hearty, full of caramelised onions, a real croud pleaser

Pathia, a big hit of tamarind, a complex world of flavors, sweet, sour and warmly spiced with kashmiri chilli's

Madras, caramelised onions with a savory tomato base, full of flavor and heat

Vindaloo, filled to the brim with blended and whole fresh chilli's, loads of flavor and heat from whole dried kashmiri chilli's. A real delicious punch of flavor.
