What’s new on the menu this winter?!

After a relentless day carving up cold, wind-swept slopes, returning to a self-catered chalet brings one pressing question: What’s for dinner?

While traditional Alpine fare like fondue or raclette is delicious, hosting an in-chalet Mexican buffet is secretly one of the absolute best choices for a group ski holiday.

It combines minimal cooking effort with optimal recovery nutrition, vibrant flavors, and a warm, laid-back atmosphere.

It’s also the Ultimate Muscle Recovery Meal!
Skiing and snowboarding burn massive amounts of energy while tearing down muscle fiber. A Mexican buffet provides the precise macronutrient ratio required for rapid recovery:
Complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats will get to sorted ready for the next day of powder.

Don’t fancy Mexican? Then what about the rich, aromatic scents of simmering Indian spices instead…
