We’re Timothy’s Microbrewery — a French-American family who fell in love with Eguisheim and decided to stay for good (and open a microbrewery while we were at it).
30+ years, 3 kids, and a 16th-century winery renovation later... here we are. Small-batch beer, brewed on-site, served in a village square on the Alsace Wine Route.
