Hello everyone. I am so sorry for not posting an update until now, the past few months have been extremely difficult for a number of reasons including my health.
Following surgery and advice from the specialists I have unfortunately, and with huge sadness, made the decision to close my baking business and would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all my lovely customers who have ordered from me over the years, I have met so many amazing people and made some lifelong friends along the way.
During my recovery from surgery I have been staying creative with a new love of diamond art, it has helped me not only physically but also mentally too and I have set up a page for those who would like to see.

Having navigated almost my whole life with the extensive range of mental health disorders related to trauma whilst also living with a collection of very rare auto immune diseases I am using my creative nature to bring more awareness of these disorders. ❤️

Hello everyone... apologies for my silence lately, unfortunately I have been dealing with some ongoing health issues. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck due to a degenerative condition and am waiting to see a surgeon in March. I am feeling alot better than I was and am ready for some light baking, baking has always been my relief and not being able to the past couple of weeks has been driving me somewhat crazy! (Well more crazy than normal! 🤣)
Whilst I am waiting for consultation I will be running offers on scones and crumpets with a view to getting back to the crumpetathon after surgery and recovery!!

Hi everyone... hope you are all staying warm and dry in this rather wet and windy weather!
As some of you may know we sometimes set ourselves a fun challenge and on Tuesday 24th we will be having a crumpet challenge which we'd love for you to get involved in.
The challenge is how many crumpets can we make in a day, we will start at 9.30am and finish at 4pm and would like you to have a guess on how many packs of 12 crumpets we can make... the nearest guess will win 2 packs!
We will also be selling the packs at the special price of 24 for 15e!
There's nothing like a bit of hot crumpet on a cold and rainy day! 😉🥰😊
Leave your guesses and orders below, all crumpets ordered can be collected from our kitchen in couesmes or delivered for free within 15kms. The crumpets can be frozen for upto 3 months. 😊

Morning everyone and a very Happy New Year!
We are reopening the kitchen slightly later than planned as the start of our new year has been slightly stressful with 2 of my children in hospital! I'm very pleased to say that everyone is now back to full health and we can now start planning for a very busy and exciting 2026!! 🥰
