Je m'appelle Allison et la création d’un café et salon de thé qui propose un brunch* nord américain le week-end est un projet qui mûrit dans ma tête depuis plusieurs années. L’idée est née peu de temps après mon arrivée en France, car les douceurs et brunchs de chez moi me manquaient. Depuis quelques années, il est possible de trouver des offres similaires en France, mais elles sont rela
tivement rares en dehors des grandes villes. Habitante de Corps-Nuds depuis quelques années, je souhaite y créer un lieu convivial et confortable où les clients se sentent chez eux et où je peux partager ma passion de gâteaux américains. Il y aura la possibilité de manger ou boire sur place pour les personnes qui souhaitent se poser ou à emporter pour ceux qui sont de passage. Le midi en semaine je proposerai une restauration simple, rapide et saine - utilisant des produits locaux tant que possible. Le dimanche il y aura un brunch avec des pancakes ou du pain perdu, avec (ou sans !) bacon et œufs. En pleines démarches pour avancer dans ce projet, je partage cette page avec vous pour vous donner des nouvelles ! Allison

My name is Allison and the idea to create a coffee shop/tea house which offers brunch on Sundays has been in my mind for years. It came to me shortly after arriving in France, since I missed North American cakes and brunch*. Over the last few years, it has become easier to find similar places in France, however they are relatively rare outside of large cities. Having lived in Corps-Nuds for a number of years, it is here that I would like to create a welcoming and comfortable place where customers feel at home and where I can share my passion for baking. It will be possible to eat and drink on site for those who would like to stay, or take away for those on the move. Lunchtime on weekdays I will prepare simple, fast and healthy food – using local products as much as possible. On Sunday, there will be brunch with pancakes or French toast, with (or without!) bacon and eggs. Currently working on getting the project off its feet, I am sharing this page with you so that I can give you updates on where I am at! Thank you in advance for your ideas and your support! Allison
