Chef of La Bastide by Andrea Calstier / Cenadou in New York, Andrea Calstier is bringing one of his creations to the menu at La Bastide Bonnieux throughout September: his Montauk red prawns.
In October, Noël Berard will take over, sending his Mediterranean blue crab and sea urchins to La Bastide by Andrea Calstier / Cenadou in New York.
