🔥 When the glassmakers’ furnaces meet fine dining for a unique culinary show👨🍳
To kick off the 5th edition of the Biot International Glass Festival, glass leaves the workshops and takes centre stage at the table for an exceptional gastronomic show! 🍽️✨
🍲 On Friday 18 September, from 7.30 pm, Rue Saint-Sébastien will come alive for a truly unique evening: the glassmakers’ furnaces will remain lit exceptionally late into the night, and five gourmet pavilions will take their place in the heart of the village.
Chefs Michaël Fulci, Nicolas Rondelli, Massimo Viglietti, Arnaud Filbet and Yves Terrillon are joining forces with Antoine Pierini, Flame’off, Laure Fradin, Axelle Mary, Thibaut Nussbaumer and Frédéric Van Overschelde to push the boundaries between glass art and gastronomy.🌟
Fish, meat, fruit, vegetables… when brought into contact with glass heated to the bright red of fusion, these ingredients are transformed, revealing new textures and flavours. 🔥🥕🐟
Moving from pavilion to pavilion, visitors will be able to watch the chefs and glassblowers at work and sample their creations in the form of gourmet street food. A treat guaranteed! 😋
