You’ll usually find me in the kitchen (especially in summer), bringing the flavours I grew up with in Ecuador to La Clé de la Porte, right here in Antibes Old Town.

I love cooking food that’s bold, comforting, and full of character. For me, it’s all about creating that feeling of home in every dish.

The best part is seeing people try something new and fall in love with South American flavours. You might also catch me during service, welcoming you, taking your order, and having a chat… always with a smile.
