We have full board guests this weekend. A sample of our cuisine; yesterday for lunch our guests had a SALAD of grated BEETROOT APPLE, CARROT & FENNEL with UMEBOSHI vinegar & H**P seed oil dressing and a DAIRY FREE COURGETTE QUICHE.For dinner CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP DAIRY FREE with TAHINI on BUCKWHEAT crackers. Today after a breakfast of apricots ( from our garden halleujah !) peaches and raisins,soaked almonds our guests luncheon consisted TOFU & CAULIFLOWER KORMA & wholegrain basmati rice, followed by LEMON MOUSSE with SYRUP D'ARGARVE. Tonight APPLE,CARROT & CASHEW SOUP with rice crackers......100% organic and partly sourced locally. Made with love and as you can gather a certain amount of pride...... a snip at 110€ per person per night full board.
