The garden is very happy after an evening of rain, the earth soo needed it!

Thank you everyone for keeping france in your thoughts and prayers. The sun and fires have been scorching the land.

The rain in Alet has been a welcome breath!

The Cicadas are loving this heat and have been singing loudly these days.

There is something very healing about sitting in the garden and listening to their vibrations.

They are like the perfect little companions for our retreats, giving everyone time to sit and process and ground under the trees.

Lunch from the garden for 22 today!
Grilled parmesan courgettes and green salad picked in the morning and on the plate by lunch time.

This year we are starting to serve home grown produce for our retreats when we can (thanks to our new vegetable garden over at Villa du parc and grown by Tori and her partner).

Courgettes are now in season, and any minute the tomatoes will be ready...

Lovingly grown, cooked and served to our special groups 💚

Maria Slovakova made us these wonderful napkin rings that added a little extra something to the table today. Everyone received their word for the week as they sat down!
